GBDBA is looking forward to participating in the 2022 Ontario Winter Games, hosted by the City of Petewawa from February 24-27, 2022. BON Congress & AGM
The annual Congress and AGM will be held on Saturday, June 6 starting at 9am. The badminton community is invited to attend the discussions during the Congress. Click here for more information and to register attendance. Deadline registration is Monday, May 25.
BON and GBDBA Tournaments Cancelled

GBDBA is also following Badminton Ontario’s lead and cancelling its upcoming JrB Tournament, Junior Championships, and Adult District Championships.
We are disappointed but our top priority is the health and safety of our members as well as the community at large. We encourage you to follow the directives that have been outlined by Ontario Public Health by maintaining safe social distances amongst each other and being vigilant in your practices in terms of your personal health & wellbeing.

Upcoming Junior & Adult Events Cancelled
Due to the closure of publicly funded schools from March 14 until April 5 as a result of COVID-19, all Community Permits have been cancelled. The Junior Singles event in Gravenhurst and Adult League play in Bradford have been cancelled. Continue to practice safe hygiene practices–frequently wash hands with soap and water, keep hands away from your face, and cough/sneeze into your sleeve or tissue.
Junior Circuit #3 -Bradford
Registration is now open for the Doubles event in Bradford. This is a great opportunity for Junior players to play against others from different clubs in the District. If interested, let your club coach know by February 2. Click here for more information.
